Prep & Cooking Tips - Oven

Oven

STEP 1: Remove Pork from packaging, place in oven proof dish, covered.

STEP 2: Heat in oven at 180°C fan forced for 20 minutes.

STEP 3: Remove from oven, drain the excess liquid, can be used for a sauce or gravy.

STEP 4: Shred pork using 2 forks to achieve preferred texture.

STEP 5: Coat pulled pork in flavoured sauce, return to oven for 2-5 minutes to heat through.

Microwave

STEP 1: Snip corner of bag to allow for steam to escape.

STEP 2: Microwave for 5 minutes.

STEP 3: Drain the excess liquid, massage pork in bag using heat protective gloves to achieve preferred texture.

STEP 4: Remove pulled pork from packaging, coat in flavoured sauce.

STEP 5: Return to microwave for 2-5 minutes to heat through.
