Prep & Cooking Tips

Sliced Beef

STEP 1: Remove beef brisket from the packaging, drain the excess liquid.

STEP 2: Slice into portions whilst cold.

STEP 3: Place on oven tray, add some liquid to maintain moisture, cover with foil.

STEP 4: Heat for 10 minutes at 180°C

STEP 5: Remove from oven, and drain the excess liquid, this can be used for a sauce or gravy.

Pulled Beef

STEP 1: Remove beef brisket from the packaging, drain the excess liquid which can be used for a jus or sauce.

STEP 2: Place beef on oven tray, cover with foil..

STEP 3: Heat in oven at 180°C fan forced for 20 minutes.

STEP 4: Remove from oven, drain the excess liquid, shred beef using 2 forks to achieve the preferred texture.

OPTIONAL: Coat in sauce, return to oven uncovered for 2-5 minutes.
