Prep & Cooking Tips

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced)
STEP 2: Remove Pig Wings from packaging and arrange evenly on a lined oven tray.
STEP 3: Lightly coat with olive oil or preferred glaze/sauce. Cover tightly with foil to retain moisture.
STEP 4: Heat for 15 minutes.
STEP 5: Remove foil and return to oven for a further 10 minutes, uncovered, until golden and heated through.
