Community Initiatives
Since moving into our facility in 2011, DON KRC® has formed an important part of the Castlemaine community. Our organisation holds charity days, where members of our team receive time off to volunteer with local charities. We also actively support Food Bank every year, donating our products.
Team Training
DON KRC® prides itself on developing internal talent, ensuring that our people have every opportunity to grow and excel within the organisation. Team members can undertake competency training, food safety certifications and leadership mentoring alongside current roles.
